After not hearing from them for almost 2 weeks, I asked for a refund - but it looks like they are using delaying tactics - they send weirdly worded emails when you contact them. They still haven't looked into what happened with my order because I think they scam people. This is a disreputable company.
I have started a Chargeback complaint with my bank.
