TERRIBLE company. Simple order, 2 pipes not one! NO replies to countless phone calls and even more emails. No reply either to my request for refund. Should be investigated by Trading Standards, in fact I shall approach them as this needs to stop. Feels like theft to me, and others on review sites had exactly same problems.
