“We ordered materials and were told 2 to 3 days delivery, after 2 days we rang for an update but no one answered the phones and our emails went unanswered.
After 4 call and a further email I finally got hold of someone who advised they had't sent the order out yet as they were waiting on one item with low stock to come in.
We cancelled the order. Do not use.”
“they sent the wrong brackets and would nt exchange with the correct ones, not their policy apparently, wanted me to pay for returning them even though I Had a delivery from them same morning, un believable!!!!! could have just swapped then, no logic whatsoever!!!”

Placed an order online. Payment taken immediately but no information given regarding delivery time. I chased them 6 days later and was told the order had been despatched and we would receive it that day. What arrived was not what we ordered. Despite several emails to them explaining their error, they have yet to reply. Can't get through to them on the Freephone number or landline. Rings and rings and the call is then disconnected. Don't hold out much hope of receiving my order so I have requested a refund. Don't hold out much hope of receiving that either. Shocking customer service or should I say non-existent.

“TERRIBLE company. Simple order, 2 pipes not one! NO replies to countless phone calls and even more emails. No reply either to my request for refund. Should be investigated by Trading Standards, in fact I shall approach them as this needs to stop. Feels like theft to me, and others on review sites had exactly same problems.”
