DON'T USE THIS COMPANY Placed an order online. Payment taken immediately but no information given regarding delivery time. I chased them 6 days later and was told the order had been despatched and we would receive it that day. What arrived was not what we ordered. Despite several emails to them explaining their error, they have yet to reply. Can't get through to them on the Freephone number or landline. Rings and rings and the call is then disconnected. Don't hold out much hope of receiving my order so I have requested a refund. Don't hold out much hope of receiving that either. Shocking customer service or should I say non-existent. NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY TRADING STANDARDS
