Absolutely terrible company!
I placed a made to measure order online, it eventually arrived and they had cut entirely the wrong size.
I left numerous messages and emails.
Eventually I spoke with someone who acknowledged their mistake and promised a refund.
Three weeks later and after several more messages, emails and phone calls I still have no refund.
I wish I had read the reviews....... apparently I am not alone in this experience.
I am now attempting to recover my money via CC.
