“Didn't deliver items and now ignore emails.. Avoid at all costs.”

“Wish I could give zero stars, order not received I was told it was damaged in transit after I called to find out where it was as it was pat the delivery date.I was them told they would have to remake it the following week.I told them it would be too late for the job and to cancel the order for a refund. I was told they cant do this as it was a custom job and they would have to remake it even though it was no longer wanted. Was told a manager would call but I have not heard anything, sent a email cancelling the order before it was remade only to get a reply that they have too make it. I have contact my credit card company and started a dispute explaining the terrible serivce from this company. Once they have your money you are theirs. Dont use them there are plenty of better companies providing a much better service”

“bought a piece of plastic. ok, i got the size wrong, fair enough, but then i received an email [in amongst the confirmation emails] saying "we think you got the size wrong, your order is on hold for 48 hours and then we may just process your order anyway or maybe not so let us know". i realised no product was delivered and went through my emails [after 48 later] and saw this email. i replied saying "yes, size wrong, can i reorder?". at that point, suddenly, the previous order coincidentally goes through almost instantly and they reply saying: "ohhh too late, sent now, you'll need to reorder". several days later i get this teeny piece of plastic barely bigger than a stamp in the post [2nd class send in a stupid big envelope] which i paid £4.95 postage for, would be more like £1.50 postage and a piece of plastic worth pennies. reckon i'll just go to B&Q and get a sheet of perspex and cut myself. you know, i get i measured the wrong size, they could have just called me instead of a weird email with a 48 deadline even though they said they put my order on hold as they figured the size was wrong!”

“Placed an order on the 9th and paid extra for express delivery but didn’t receive even after 5 days, rang up and was told he will be sent out today but still didn’t receive it so emailed to cancel the order and the following day it gets sent out for delivery which is useless to me now as I had to change the plans and design. Avoid unless you don’t mind waiting 11 days even after paying for the fast shipping.”

“Absolutely terrible company! I placed a made to measure order online, it eventually arrived and they had cut entirely the wrong size. I left numerous messages and emails. Eventually I spoke with someone who acknowledged their mistake and promised a refund. Three weeks later and after several more messages, emails and phone calls I still have no refund. I wish I had read the reviews....... apparently I am not alone in this experience. I am now attempting to recover my money via CC.”

“Ordered wrong part notified straight away promised to refund me. over 2 weeks later after numerous phone calls very nice receptionist told me she will talk to accounts and phone me back what a complete and utter waste of time avoid like the plague”

“Recieved the item with a small crack i reported it to coustomer service they woud replace it but as i had already had it fitted and disguised the small crack dont send me a replacement Thy did, no one replied to emal or phone wont bother again NB sot”

“They send me a wrong size and it was full of scratches, I asked them a refund they refused me. It's now almost 2 months since my purchase and they don't send me my refund, they said I have to pay more for the size what I want, but the conditions of the plastic what I got I don't want to order from them anything.”

“DAMAGED GOODS ARRIVED. THEY ASKED FOR DELIVERY NOTE DETAILS ETC. I SENT EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FOR 4 TIMES AND STILL NO ACTION TAKEN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED.”

“The mirror, is NOT a mirror, It is just like the name of the company--plastic. It was squashed into a van (I bought 2400mmx1200mm) and the mirror was curved in in different directions when it arrived. I have read all the reviews and thought I need to hire a professional to get it fit property. I paid £120 for the mirror fitting people who came with 4 tube of mirror glue and some screws. The showroom was brand new so the wall was new flat wall. They brushed the glue evenly on the wall to make sure every single inch of the mirror was attached to the wall and fitted properly. Once all done it came all wobbly. See attached images. They refused to issue a refund and the excuse was 'this is a custom made product'. Yes I understand its custom made, but if its faulty and then the company should do something about it. Now I lost £463.27 for the mirror and £120 for fitting. With no other choice I have decided to open a dispute with my bank. If you wish to have a proper mirror, go for glass, not plastic.”

“I received my order which was imperfect with marks on the acrylic which will not come off. After going back and forth with poor communication between staff and no response from them I have given up. I don’t normally do a review like this but don’t want others to waste their money”

“Ordered 3/11/2020. Error in website that was problematic on the day meant measurements were in mm not cm. corrected . As of today 16/11/20, order still on hold ... and they incorrectly debited £79 from my account instead of the £42.00 on the order!!! Have requested a full refund of £79 and cancellation of the order under the Supply of Goods and Services Act. Surely with people being made unemployed due to covid there is resource available to at least give customer service call backs and provide a service. We are in difficult times but that doesn’t mean throwing in the towel on customer service when there are opportunities! Worst case scenario ... company will go into liquidation and we’ll have to wait months for the Insolvency team to contact us... after all their suppliers have been paid off.”
