“Ordered on the 12/5/21 was told order in packing 2 weeks later as of today 18/6/21 I am still waiting for order . Don’t waste your order go elsewhere for a better service will not be recommending this company”
“The mirror, is NOT a mirror, It is just like the name of the company--plastic. It was squashed into a van (I bought 2400mmx1200mm) and the mirror was curved in in different directions when it arrived. I have read all the reviews and thought I need to hire a professional to get it fit property. I paid £120 for the mirror fitting people who came with 4 tube of mirror glue and some screws. The showroom was brand new so the wall was new flat wall. They brushed the glue evenly on the wall to make sure every single inch of the mirror was attached to the wall and fitted properly. Once all done it came all wobbly. See attached images. They refused to issue a refund and the excuse was 'this is a custom made product'. Yes I understand its custom made, but if its faulty and then the company should do something about it. Now I lost £463.27 for the mirror and £120 for fitting. With no other choice I have decided to open a dispute with my bank. If you wish to have a proper mirror, go for glass, not plastic.”
“I received my order which was imperfect with marks on the acrylic which will not come off. After going back and forth with poor communication between staff and no response from them I have given up. I don’t normally do a review like this but don’t want others to waste their money”
“Ordered 3/11/2020. Error in website that was problematic on the day meant measurements were in mm not cm. corrected . As of today 16/11/20, order still on hold ... and they incorrectly debited £79 from my account instead of the £42.00 on the order!!!
Have requested a full refund of £79 and cancellation of the order under the Supply of Goods and Services Act.
Surely with people being made unemployed due to covid there is resource available to at least give customer service call backs and provide a service. We are in difficult times but that doesn’t mean throwing in the towel on customer service when there are opportunities!
Worst case scenario ... company will go into liquidation and we’ll have to wait months for the Insolvency team to contact us... after all their suppliers have been paid off.”

“Avoid avoid avoid! save yourself the bother and find one of the many other companies that offer the same service. Terrible service. I made a simple accident when ordering, I contacted them within 10mins. They took 48hours to read my message and then refused to change the order and will not refund. They just send you pre written responses.”
“This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Placed an order for 3 pices of A4 plastic on 17th September. Called up today 25th September to ask where it was and was told it would be delivered 7th October. That's 4 weeks to cut and deliver 3 pices of A4 plastic. I then said ok it's too long i'll cancel my order and get a refund but was then told i can't do that as the plastic has already been cut....so i said ok please send the plastic out today then...then was told it needs to be polished. Its just a complete SHAM OF A COMPANY. Quite simply they should not be taking any more orders from the public if they can't deliver or refund people when they request a refund for goods they have not received!!! They also did not email me a receipt or give me an email with an order number. Probably so i can't put the order number on here in order to identify this as an authentic order. I am opening a claim with my credit card company. AVOID LIKE CORONA!!!”
“Same story. Placed my order on 15-Jul. Contacted them in late August, I was told they chased my order with the warehouse. Refused to give me a new estimate and told me to look for a delivery email. Received none. On 13-Sep requested a refund but hardly expect to receive it.”
“Will my order every turn up. I placed an order on the 4th Aug, they do not even bother to contact me and when I phone up to find out why it still has not arrived they tell me it is out of stock. Really poor communication to make someone wait a month and not even tell them it is out of stock.”
“I would prefer to give zero star. Order have been placed the 4th of July and after two still hasn't arrived. Their website promises 3-14 days leading time.
The told me that my order has been lost in their warehouse, this has been 3 weeks ago. I have ordered only one sheet of plexiglass. I will report this company to trading standards, this is unaccaptable.”
“I would prefer to give zero stars, but the three members of staff that I did manage to speak to over two months of struggle were apologetic and sympathetic so I suppose that is something!
My story is like others - a one-off order was accepted in May, no progress for weeks and weeks, the phone is only answered by chance and then promises are not kept.
I asked the staff I did manage to speak to if the delay was due to excessive work during the pandemic, but I was told that that they were busy, but managing perfectly well. They did phone me once after I had written to Mr Pallett, the Director, by name, but even then no progress was made and promises were not fulfilled.
Eventually, after I had twice suggested that if they didn't want the job they should refund the money, it was repaid promptly. the whole fiasco lasted 12 weeks!
I should have visited this site first!”
