Placed an order on the 9th and paid extra for express delivery but didn’t receive even after 5 days, rang up and was told he will be sent out today but still didn’t receive it so emailed to cancel the order and the following day it gets sent out for delivery which is useless to me now as I had to change the plans and design. Avoid unless you don’t mind waiting 11 days even after paying for the fast shipping.
