Been using for over a month now-there’s a lot of claims to what NIR can do-the one thing I will say is my inflammation after workouts is immediately taken care of.
I have tendinitis in both arms and used to take me a day to recover-now it’s 20 minutes twice a day and almost no inflammation-if you need me I’ll be in my cedar box/ dry sauna.
