The most heartbreaking experience of my life. Spending half my savings on what I thought could help me with pain management, I purchased close to $3,000 to be completely unsatisfied, but when I tried to WITHIN the 60 days of the guarantee, I was told that the items needed to be RETURNED TO THE WAREHOUSE WITHIN 60 DAYS. I cannot believe that you all are getting away with being dishonest this way. I still cry over the money that I lost over this and I am no longer able to use these machines because I have a medical condition that does not allow me to be able to use them. As far as the question asking below how was the return process, completely false. I would have had to pay $400 to have these items returned which at that point I no longer had because I had spent all of my money hoping for help with pain that I so eagerly want to be relieved of. Honestly this has only made my condition worse because of the stress I've been under. I did everything that I was supposed to do for the return to be rejected and lied to.
