I feel like my day is incomplete if I don't do the light for 29 minutes. It is my boost of energy in AM and pain removal if I had a bad night sleep. I recommended it to members of my family and they ordered it. I just wish I had bought the biggest one. I got the biomax 600 wishing I had the 900 one. Both my husband and I are wishing we had discovered this year's ago. I love what it does to my face and brain, I swear my hair is not thinning anymore.
