It's been a little over a year since I purchased and have been using my red light therapy system. I have been very pleased with the results. I have never slept better when doing a session at about 9:30 pm, going to bed at around 11:00pm. I had started to develop neuropathy in my feet prior to using my system. Now I am pain free, no foot nerve pain. I do a 13 minute session on my back and front side prior to my workouts, I seem to have just a little bit more energy and what a good way to worm up. I love my Platinum Therapy Light and am thinking about purchasing another light as a upgrade. Highly recommended this product!
