This light is heavy-duty, sturdy and well-made. I have had it for a number of months now and it has always worked exactly as expected. The two switches allow me to use either or both wavelengths. There are also two fans to prevent the light from overheating. I have created ways to use the light at different heights and so it sets vertically, horizontally, or flat, pointing down. If you are ready to try red light therapy, this is a good choice.
