I have a couple different brands of red light therapy panels, including some of these portable ones. The Platinum panels are just the best. They are the easiest to use and have lasted the longest. Avoid getting any of these mini/portable panels from other companies, they don't do anything. Platinum has been around for a while for a reason and now I know why.
