These lights are like a miracle for me I used to have to wear a neck back brace almost everyday I would put heat wraps on the back of my neck and on my back and I don't do that anymore. It took about 3 months but I have no more pain and I do not wear a brace anymore to me that's a miracle. My sister is the one who told me about Platinum therapy lights she used them on her knee and her feet she had knee pain and her feet hurt her all the time after using the Platinum therapy lights her knee pain is gone and her feet are 80% better. She kept telling me how good they were and it took me about a year to finally get a light myself. Well after about 3 months I am a believer I now have four lights I have two 450s and two biomax 900 I also bought two of the Biomax horizontal stands they actually work both ways you can put them vertical or horizontal I have them it's like a mirror you stand in front of them and then there's two lights behind you but you can also put them horizontal they're super nice. I also bought the remote which is so nice it makes the lights all come on at once and you can shut them off all at once you can set the timer through the remote. If you don't have the remote you can set them singly which is easy to do also it just takes a little bit more time to do that. I'm going to attach a picture of how I have my lights. My brother has a light now and my other sister also has a light and my niece everybody loves them it's like how did I not find these lights sooner. Another thing they did for me is they gave me more stamina like for exercising I can do more without feeling tired. I use them 20 minutes a day about 4 days a week. You don't have to use them that much but I'm 65 and I feel like I need that much my sister only does 15 minutes three to four times a week and that works for her.
