Overall I am very pleased. When I emailed for help regarding use of the remote, I got a prompt response. One area where you have an opportunity to improve is in training and technical support for new owners. I have read several of your "Learn" documents online which are informative but ultimately geared toward sales. While I recognize customers can have a wide variety of equipment configurations, addressing the common issues/questions that arise would be beneficial to your customers as well as your corporate reputation.
