I use it every day. I usually use it after my morning shower for about 10 minutes. I do stretching while in front of it on an exercise ball. It gets my day off to a great start. I use it again at night for another 10 minutes. Its been easier to fall asleep since I have been using the Biomax 900. This has exceeded my expectations. I have been telling everyone about my experience. Love it. Thanks so much.
