After spending over $2000 to buy two light panels from you, it seem to be very poor service indeed to charge a restocking fee of 20% for $75 hanger that we didn’t need. The hanger that comes with the light panels is a flimsy cord and a lightweight metal hook, the length of chain to reinforce that method. We were unable to use the $75 hanger that we purchased because of the layout of the wall.
