I purchased my Biomax 450 in July, 2019. It shipped quickly and without damage. The unit is well built, very sturdy. I have had Zero issues in the past 5 years. I use it regularly, for recovery after the gym and the red light daily. It's something that I've come to look forward to as part of my regular routine. I highly recommend the PlatinumLED brand.
