Their service is very good when I had trouble to put all 4pcs together. The techicial support even drew all the line on my pictures to show me how to do so. I've been working out more in the past couple of months and I use my red light almost every day. From Oura ring that monitors my sleep, it seems I have more deep sleep than I had before. Muscle soreness got relieved faster. It's very useful for my purpose.
