I have been using the BioMax 300 on a stand for about two months. One can sit or stand in front of the lights. I appreciate the ease of use of the unit. The settings and menu are simple and straightforward. I especially have noticed the skin change on my face. A healthier look. I've been doing sessions 3-4 times a week for 10 to 20 minutes. I believe there is an energy boost, which can translate to a boost in mood. Sleep patterns are helped also. I do recommend this product from PlatinumLED.
