This is crazy but I have never been happier with a health related purchase in my life. It is unbelievable. I use 20 minutes front, 20 minutes back for about 3 weeks now. Everything feels better in my body. I feel bendy now...haha. It's kind of like I went for a 10 minute warm up and streched for 20 minutes...warmed up and ready to go, all day long. I can't stop and will never stop using these lights. I wish they were 2 inches wider, however. I cant afford another panel. But I love it!
