Amazing product!!
That being said, had a problem with my first backbone after about a month where as soon as I inserted my phone into it, it would start taking screenshots and wouldnt respond. Contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a new one and a shipping label to send the one I had back. A++++++ customer support. Received new one within 3 days and it plays flawlessly. Thank you for such an amazing product.
