Feels awkward when using it with the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Had an issue where the Backbone wasn’t responding. When I reached out to the company, I was asked to perform a whole bunch of things for them to prove the controller was defective. I haven’t used it since. Poor customer service has me telling people not to buy one.
