I haven’t had any direct contact with Backbone Labs regarding my order or customer support, but that’s actually a great thing in my opinion. I placed my order, received it on time with tracking updates, and the product works great, as well as the Backbone app. Not having to contact them about my delivery or problems with the product/app is a 5 star experience in my book.
