I appreciate being sent a replacement after informing Backbone that the gamepad I ordered from Amazon wouldn’t work with my iPhone. But after receiving the replacement, still not working with my phone, reaching them about my issue and sending a follow-up email about it, I have yet to hear a response. I’m now stuck with a Backbone I can’t even use, when it clearly says on their website that it’s compatible. I bought it particularly just so I wouldn’t upgrade my iPhone to the latest model. If this would be the case, I would’ve upgraded my phone and bought a Kishi instead. I still hope to hear back from them and know how I could make the gamepad work with my current iPhone cuz I would hate to have to spend more just to upgrade it
