I waited months researching the Backbone One before making my decision to buy. Their website said units ship within 3 business days but it took 10 days for mine to even get a tracking slip created. I had contacted to ask about the delay and got a canned/automated response. A few days later, I asked for expedited shipping and I would pay for it. The response was the same generic automated message as my first email, a week prior. The device works great. The communication from the company needs significant improvement.
