Product itself is great, I love it. Works perfect and makes playing game pass on break at work or in bed a dream. But the shipping was an awful experience. Once placing the order I waited almost two weeks for just the shipping confirmation. Between multiple emails over two weeks all I was told is “your item will ship this week” two different time over two weeks. Horrible customer service, but the product is nice
