I was excited to get it soon as it arrived but didn’t realized that it already arrived on Christmas Eve while we re not at home and I saw someone stranger walked to our front porch and took our package thur camera ring. i did emailed them and explained about it and they still haven’t replied back? And all they said trying looking around front porch, ask neighborhood or whatever which I already did. I was so disappointed that they didn’t send me the replacement one. lost my money for nothing!
