I ordered this product on the 13th of Dec and tried to ckon the delay several times with no response until close to Christmas than got a tracking number label ready but P.O did not receive the product from you I traced it every day finally I got a message but was not helpful. It finally arrived on 12/30. I was about to cancel the order. The product is a controlller for an I phone for my grandson. He said it is working fine.
