This company was great! Seamless order and delivery in time for Christmas. I ordered a second one from Microsoft and that was a JOKE! Worst experience ever. Took 3 chat sessions with them to square everything away and when we got it nothing was actually set up like it should've been and we couldn't use it. My son has an iPhone 13 Pro and it requires an adapter. Play BackBone had an adapter included in the box and setup was seamless. Microsoft never completed setup and they require you to request an adapter separately (you pay shipping). Needless to say, Play BackBone was a far superior experience and my son loves it!
