I never received my item and I’m unable to speak with anyone or get help. I was referred to the unites postal service that admitted delivery to wrong address but I have to wait 30 days file a claim with USPS but I purchased from Backbone which should have handled this matter and refunded my money. The was a gift for March 21 and it’s for April 12th and nothing.
