Every video u watch of people receiving this product opens a box as a package even reviews. Mine came in a crappy bubble wrap envelope. No protection for an item of this stature. Halfway want to send back to as its not as advertised n was probably stepped on and thrown around being the package was pretty beat up. U advertise a certain way n its not at all what u get.
