I love the backbone but I have found a few problems with it. When I stick a charger into the charging spot at times the controller disconnects. If I remove the charger and reconnect the controller it works. If I try to reconnect the charger the same thing happens. Don’t know if it is cloud gaming or not but if you open another app while trying to play cloud gaming sometimes the sound goes out.
