My first backbone was giving some problems so I reached out to the customer service to get a replacement. Mind you my backbone was a gift that was given to me as a gift that was purchased in May..and I was reporting the problem in June. So I passed my 1-year warranty. But they were still generous to still process me another. The replacement came back within a week I believe. And on TOP of that when getting my replacement they gave me an adapter🥹. That showed me that they pay attention to detail & very observant. This proves to me that they care about your issue to resolve the matter. Because I had a 13 Pro max…I almost cried.
