Well where do I start. I was in hospital when I got an email to say my Backbone had arrived so was looking forward to coming home to use it. I got home only to find the package was never delivered to me. I am disabled and have limited movement so I spoke to my neighbours and they did not have it. I checked my video doorbell and indeed confirmed a UPS driver had never even been to my address. These videos are excellent for court purposes. When I tried to contact Backbone online they gave me a link to FedEx and that was not even the courier that they used. It was UPS. I am disgusted by the way they just fobbed me off without even trying to help me. I will be taking this to the small claims court if not resolved by Backbone. I am on benefits and saved a long time for this product to give my Son for Xmas. I also had 2 friends about to place orders if they liked the look of my sons unit. Hence to say they are staying well clear of Backbone. Not happy at all.
