Backbone One enables me to play mobile and PC games without the hassle of finding a place to set up my tablet and controller. It is a comfortable fit in my hands and snugly secures my phone. Unfortunately, I discovered only 18 days after purchase, that the triggers are fragile and one had broken. I left a review (https://www.amazon.com/review/R3SCHYAUI339CY/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm) specifying my issue, but I did not receive compensation and had to purchase a second device.
