The product works well overall and is a nice controller. There are two things I don’t like about it.
First, I have to remove my phone from the case to use it. This makes me really consider returning it. I don’t have a thick case, but really any case causes it not to fit.
Second, some features are hidden behind a monthly subscription. It seems crazy to pay a subscription for a game controller.
