Horrific customer service & response time. I ordered 11/22 and didn’t get until 12/24. I received an email that my order was delivered and completed and all I received was a little 3” box with an adapter in it, not the actual controller. I ordered the iPhone version backbone on Amazon and received in a matter of days with no issues. However, could only find the Android version directly from Backbone & it was just an awful experience all around.
