I placed my order and received no follow up information on the status of the Oder until it shipped one month later. Prior to this time, I attempted to contact your company by phone and email, and was unable to do so. I finally disputed my credit card charge and you sent the product regardless. Obviously they couldn’t get a hold of your company either. Very poor customer service experience. I would not order from your company again, I would go to a regular retailer who I know that I could contact and get a response as to the status of my order.
