Absolutely amazing product. Bought one for my wife for Christmas and while it did come much later than originally stated, it was definitely worth the wait. Can play Xbox games and steam games. Definitely needs strong internet so keep that in mind. Only con is you have to take your case off to use it. The customer service and shipping left a bit to be desired but I don’t feel it’s worth knocking the rating for it.
