Unprofessional customer service!
I want my refund !!
The product itself appeared to be in perfect order. However, I have bought the backbone for my ex partner but because we broke up I wanted to return it.
I had posted my return on 18th of November 2022 and I have still yet to receive my refund I have the receipt here as I paid for signed delivery .
Still nothing, I’ve emailed customer service several times and I’ve had zero response!!!!!!
