This is called “deceptive marketing practice” tho’ may alternatively be attributable to programmer incompetence. The quality of the plant materials sent by FedEx was poor. It seems surprising that the retailer would choose something other than their most robust plant materials particularly in light of the retail pricing. Given this experience, I would not purchase materials from Play it Koi again.
