“I had a very successful experience working with your company to find parts for a very dated filter system. I was grateful to have reached Sam over the phone and she was able to locate the OASE FiltoClear 4000 transformer, quartz sleeve and UV lights specifically for my needs to bring this filter back to life. Sam is a great asset to your company and I got everything installed today with a perfect fit and it all works! She even recommended that I not go with the OEM part and stay with the brand specific OASE part which I really appreciate her guidance on and providing that insight. It only took a day or two for her to locate these parts and I received them with free shipping in a very timely manner. Thank you for the help and I would recommend and do recommend this company to anyone in the business of finding parts or system systems for their Koi ponds that may not know exactly how to or what to look for in order to get everything up and running at the best level with the right parts.”
