“I have been using this all winter with a suggestion of Play It Koi, I had some issues last winter where I lost fish due to bad water, this is wonderful, I plan on using it every season. This is my second purchase of this item this winter. My water is clean and clear. Very pleased.”

“Pump arrived in great time but I haven’t installed it yet, so can’t attest to how it’s working. It is a replacement for the same brand of pump which had lasted many years but is on its last legs now. The water is so cold and the koi are in their winter mode hanging out at the bottom of the pond, so we’re limping along. Appreciate your website and good communication.”

“The annual replacement parts for our PondMax 2400 filter came a couple days ago, and I installed them yesterday. As always, the parts fit perfectly and the filter is doing a marvelous job of making our fish happy! Also, the quick filling of our order and having it arrive so quickly was fantastic.”

“I had never ordered from PlayItKoi before but they had a hard to find item at a good price so I decided to take a chance. I was a little worried ordering from a store from across the country that I found online for the first time. Well I'm happy to report that everything was perfect. My item was well packaged and protected, tracking info was accurate, and it arrived on time in top condition.
