“The product I purchase was delivered very quickly. The item was exactly what I was looking for and very competively priced! Delivery time was much less than other places I have bought from which was extremely helpful. The Communication the company provides is very helpful. “The purchase was great and as advertised! I was grateful to find the plants well hydrated and still wet upon arrival. One of my items had been out of stock, but I received a call from Play It Koi explaining the issue and got a refund for the item soon after. “As usual ordering was simple and delivery was fast. Each year I order the filter pads for my pressure filter that need to be replaced and this year I also needed some broad spectrum treatment.
