“Pretty disappointed. I specifically ordered from PlayItKoi (and paid more than other sites) due to the estimated shipping time of "4 days". However, it didn't even ship for 6 days and that was only because I called about it. And then it arrived 8 days later, or double the time estimated in the check-out. In the meantime my filter leaked thousands of gallons out due to a missing seal. This misleading communication is really disapointing.”

“It's a bit uncertain now, the plants look ok, but i've planted then in my mud bottom pond in about two feet of water - totaly submerged. So, hopefull they will take off and leaves will surface and all will be fine - check back in a month of two!!”

“Sales person never got back to me for 2 weeks and only after I complained. 4 phone messages over a 2 week period leaving my number and email and zero response. Emailed tech support with a question and they answered me in a day or two but never answered my question. Just sent some generic info. Against my better judgment I ordered a $1000 uv light anyway and it showed up broken. It was dirty inside and had bird poop on the outside. Replacement part is supposed to be here today. Not sure if my experience could have been much worse.”
