My purchases arrived quickly. It seemed like the UV light should have had some extra packing around it for protection. However, it did arrive unscathed. I understand that AI is providing assistance in many workplaces, but I would appreciate a human response to my queries and not feedback from "Gilly." I found Derek's response extremely helpful to the issue I was experiencing in replacing a center tube in a Pond Max 2400.

Overall my experience was good however the ordering system did not always reflect in stock items. With regards to my order for Flexible PVC hose this resulted in a delayed shipment.

Mostly good. I ordered two lotuses and they arrived on time and in great shape. I will certainly order from you guys again. My initial contact was a little disappointing. I called because I wanted some lotus recommendations for my pond (and climate: Phoenix, AZ). I called a few times but couldn't get through. Left at least one voice mail asking for a return call because I needed help choosing a product, but it was never returned. Finally I sent an email and got a reply within seconds. It was an AI reply, but it seemed good, made some recommendations for Phoenix, and I bought two. When they arrived I realized that I had bought two large lotuses (which had been recommended in the email) which could grow to 4' high--too large for my setting. So, that's the frustrating part. If I had been able to talk to someone, explain what I was looking for, I'm sure I could have been steered towards smaller lotuses that would have fit my pond and pots. As it is, I have paid for two plants and shipping that I would not have purchased had I been able to talk to someone. On a more positive note: I did call Laura (as indicated on the planting instructions) for help on planting. She picked up right away--even on a Saturday--and she was terrific.

Prompt delivery of all products. My existing fin points expired during the middle of winter, when I have no need to get anything from Play It Koi is completely unacceptable. Can they please be restored for spring, summer purchases? Thank you.

Ordered the wrong size Sumergable UV light. Reordered one size down. Didn't realize the return postage was my responsibility. $44.98 UPS. That's half the value of the lamp. Kept it instead, will try to figured out how to cover and submerge in the open pond. Water flow thru it is what I am pondering.

Love the products and prompt delivery, but my accumulated fin points should automatically be applied at checkout. Since they aren’t and there is no way to apply them, I continue to lose them. That’s not good. May have to change my vendor going forward.

Everything was as ordered and came fast. Product was in great shape. The cost to ship was as advertised although more then I would have liked. I would order again but probably wait until I had a big enough order to get free shipping. The items were packaged well and in great condition.

Not at all the fault of the company, but FedEx was 3 days late delivering the plants. And then when they did, they left the box in the full directc sun on a 95⁰day. I'm a day sleeper so don't know exactly how long they were baking. My frogbit was basically slime. My taro plants are making a valient effort to recover! I blame FedEx, and not this company, and if ANY of the plants do make a recovery I'll change my rating to 5 stars.
