This product and the ordering process was/is great. However, our first one cracked for no apparent reason and we had to replace it with the one we just ordered.
You will not find a more reasonable price for a UV light anywhere online, and Play It Koi makes the ordering process easy and seamless. In addition, shipping is faster than some others, we will be expanding our usage of this company for our pond. We highly recommend them for your pond needs.
