“This was my first purchase of online plants for my pond. I was pleased by the condition of the plants and they arrived in a very timely manner. However potting them was another story! I had only used floating plants such as water hyacinths last year so no potting was necessary. Apparently I didn't add enough gravel to the top of the pot b/c when I placed it in the pond a bunch of soil started to flow out of the pot and into my immaculately clean pond. Needless to say I was not happy, but it was probably my own fault. I think it would be helpful for 1st time "potters" like mysef to have a bit more clear instructions and amounts posted on the bag of soil. Luckily most of the debris settled down to the bottom after a few days and the pond has cleared up a bit. That would have been good information to have. I also have no idea why there is a drawstring on the potting "bag"????It's not mentioned anywhere that I can find........”

“Shipping was very fast. The bowl had a small dent from shipping since it was only shipped in cellophane, not boxed. Nothing that will impact its functionality, but the dent is still there a week later and may never come out since it is hard plastic.”

“Great products that work as expected. My only downer on this site is trying to navigate to get what supplies you need. It definitely needs to be more user-friendly. As with this survey there is no option for the question How did you communicate with the company to choose the Web page store.”

“The corkscew plant didn't make it. I'm thinking small plants don't make the trip well. The cattail and Iris made it here in great shape. They are already growing. I like your service and product very much.”

“I wish there had been moire communication. I never got a confirmation of my order and didn’t really know when it would arrive. It took quite awhile to get here but arrived in great shape. I got them potted right away and in water And now to wait and see how they do. Communication was great when a problem developed and I felt they were very helpful. Yes I would order from them again”
