“All 3 plants arrive a little beat up but alive and healthy. It should not take them long to recover from shipping. Looking forward to adding them to my pond.”

“Shipping is pretty fast especially for plants. It would have been nice if the plants came with planting instructions however. I can find info on water Lillie's but not the iris. So I'm left to Google. Otherwise solid experience”

Apologies Jeffrey about the 2-day delay on the delivery of your PondMax transformer. I double-checked your order and while I verified we did everything possible on our end to make Saturday delivery, it does appear the shipping gods just were not good to us this time around. ayye ;-) Anyhow, I credited your account an additional 100 Fin Points for the trouble here. “I love the product. I have used it for some years. We sold our home some 2 years ago with 2 ponds. I now have a new pond and immediately ordered again. I received the product but no dropper. I sent a text stating that but just went down and got a baby dropper and I am useing that. But still sold on the product.”
