“I love the product. I have used it for some years. We sold our home some 2 years ago with 2 ponds. I now have a new pond and immediately ordered again. I received the product but no dropper. I sent a text stating that but just went down and got a baby dropper and I am useing that. But still sold on the product.”

“The plants came packaged in a way to ensure that they made it alive to South Carolina! I also got more than 6, just in case some didn't make it! My fish food just arrived today. I've used this food before from another provider. It is great for growth and color!”

“i have been running the pump for a week now and when i back flush it, there is a lot of green coming out the pond is getting clearer ,but it is going to take a little longer. i did not like the instruction booklet because the letters were very small even with glasses on.”

“I am trying my best to buy more direct and local and to leave Amazon out. This why I chose to go ahead and pay for s&h and less waste as I could buy nearly most appropriate amount of materials too. I think those that care more and can pay more, will spend more responsibley in materials in our lives. Thanks.”

Thank you Leddy - for your shipment, Ironically, we actually chose to have the Seaside food direct shipped from SeaSide Aquatics so it'd get to you the fastest and to minimize handling/shipping disruption that we all seem to be facing during these crazy covid days. Perhaps that choice to go direct should be re-evaluated in the future. That said, either way, we are super appreciative for your feedback and will be sure to use it to get better & grow stronger. “My saved credit card was canceled due to a fraud charge so I got notification from Playitkoi, I put the new credit card in and hit order. I thus received a duplicate annual subscription order. While I will use it, I wasn't expecting a duplicate at this time. When you change your credit card on a subscription, don't select order.”
