“They were very timely with there delivery. I received my American frogbit today. I put them in the pond. Buy live plants is a gamble. Some of the roots from the plants had come detached in shipping. There in the pond. I will wait. I real hope they survive. A koi pond in the desert is not easy. Lol”

Thank you for your 4 star rating Kent! We are so glad to hear that you were timely with your delivery. We hope that the Frogbit have settled into the pond nicely. The detaching of roots is common on these guys due to the switch between climates, but they should rebound nicely. “All 3 plants arrive a little beat up but alive and healthy. It should not take them long to recover from shipping. Looking forward to adding them to my pond.”

“Shipping is pretty fast especially for plants. It would have been nice if the plants came with planting instructions however. I can find info on water Lillie's but not the iris. So I'm left to Google. Otherwise solid experience”

Apologies Jeffrey about the 2-day delay on the delivery of your PondMax transformer. I double-checked your order and while I verified we did everything possible on our end to make Saturday delivery, it does appear the shipping gods just were not good to us this time around. ayye ;-) Anyhow, I credited your account an additional 100 Fin Points for the trouble here.
